A WALRUS TUSK CARVED NETSUKE OF TWO SENNIN Japan, 19th century Walrus tusk. H. 6.8 cm. The netsuke is carved as two sennin, one standing in front of a rock, with his left hand holding a vase and his right hand raised holding a small bundle. Below him, another sennin crouches, supporting the vase and the bundle with both hands. Signed 'Tokoku' on the bottom. With traces of age and use.
