A. ERMLER Active in Vienna around 1900 DANCER* Vienna, c. 1910 Chryselephantine; bronze with gold patina, face and body carved from ivory; set on an oval plinth and an octagonal base (H. 2.5 cm). Total H. 21, W. 7, D. 10 cm; weight approx. 0.93 kg. Inscribed 'A. Ermler' on the plinth. Fully modeled figure of a young dancer wearing armbands and a headband, depicted in dynamic motion. Part. bumped and rubbed, loss of paint. CITES marketing certificate is available.
