Dedication plaque on the front: 'Buten und binnen Wagen und Winnen Fr. Naumann senr. Bremen zum 50 jährigen Geschäftsjubiläm' (Outward and inward, carts and winds, Fr. Naumann senr. Bremen on the 50th anniversary of the business). Fully sculpted representation of the messenger of the gods Hermes/Mercury in a dynamic pose, balancing on a head as an allegory of the wind. Partial loss of patina and some bumping.
