GERMAN SCULPTOR Active at the beginning of the 20th century GIULIANO DI LORENZO DE MEDICI Bronze, brown patina, on a plinth and marble base (h. 3.5 cm). Overall h. 30.5, w. 12, d. 12.5 cm, weight approx. 5.33 kg. On the side of the plinth foundry mark 'R. Bellair & Co. Berlin Friedrichstrasse 182' on the side of the plinth. After the original by Michelangelo in the Medici Chapel of San Lorenzo in Florence. Min. rubbed and loss of patina.
