H. 16, W. 18.5, D. 14.5 cm; weight approx. 1.83 kg. Inscribed 'R. Kaesbach' on the back. A dish for serving items, desk use, or holding visiting cards, made of veined stone; the rim features a fully modeled female nude with a sculpted lizard at her feet. Shows signs of rubbing and loss of patina in places.
