VICTOR ROUSSEAU 1865 Feluy - 1954 Brussels BUST OF NAPOLEON BONAPARTE* Chryselephantine, bronze, gilded patina, face carved from ivory, on a marble pedestal (H. 9.5 cm). Total H. 28, W. 16, D. 10.5 cm, weight approx. 4.13 kg. Signed 'Rousseau' on the front of the plaque in the base, numbered '1224' on the back. Partial loss of patina. Provenance: Private collection, Hesse. CITES marketing certificate is available.
