A FAMILLE-ROSE 'EIGHT IMMORTALS' VASES China, late Qing-Dynasty Porcelain/Brass. H. 36.7 cm. The pair of vases are mounted on brass bases and decorated with scenes of the "Eight Immortals," each vase with a pair of animal-head handles holding rings on the sides. With traces of age and use, partially abraded and slightly chipped, one with a small area along the rim damaged and restored.
