A LARGE WOOD LACQUERED SEATED FIGURE OF BUDDHA Burma, 19th century Wood. H. 68.5 cm. The Shan buddha is seated on a raised base, with right hand in bhumisparsha mudra and the left resting on lap. With traces of age, partially damaged and cracked. Provenance: From a private collection in Cologne.
