AN IVORY CARVED NETSUKE OF TWO BOYS Japan, 19th century Ivory. H. 4.2 cm. The netsuke is carved as two boys holding a scroll. Signed 'Yositomo' in an oval reserve on the bottom. With traces of age and use, partially cracked and damaged. CITES marketing certificate is available. Please note that due to the current CITES regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell objects, unrestricted trade is only permitted within the European Community. An export license is required for shipment to third countries. Please inform yourself about the current import regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell in your country.
