FIREPLACE CLOCK 'FLORAISON' France, Paris, Edouard Serin / Alphone Rucho, circa 1900 Cast metal, marble, glass, enamel, steel. 59 x 32 x 18 cm. The figure is marked 'A. Rucho' (Alphone Rucho), the movement marked with the Edouard Serin company mark and 'Qualité soignée Serin Paris'. A stepped red marble base with a fully sculpted female figure rests on floral feet. The floral-decorated dial features Arabic numerals and ornamental hands behind a glass door. With some damage; function untested; with pendulum and key.
