WILLI SCHMIDT-PETIT 1881 Berlin - 1958 ibid BUST OF A GIRL (DAUGHTER I) Wood, fully sculpted, polychrome, waxed, on a pedestal (H. 3.5 cm). Total H. 42, W. 27, D. 20 cm. Inscription on the base 'Willi Schmidt-Petit', label on the reverse '3500M'. Partially repaired and restored, minimal loss of material. Provenance: Private collection, southern Germany - From the family estate of the sculptor Willi Schmidt-Petit.
