A VERY FINE SILVER AND PLEIN ENAMEL CIGARETTE CASE WITH AN ELEPHANT BEFORE THE PYRAMIDS OF GIZA Russian, Moscow, 15th Artel, 1908-1917 / St. Petersburg, Fabergé, circa 1900 Silver, cast in relief, with polychrome enamel painting, the interior gilt. Green cabochon push-piece. Silver and gold appliqués. Marked with district assay office mark, 84 standard and maker's mark '15A', as well as 56 standard and Cyrillic firm mark 'KF' (double-headed eagle souvenirs). The interior engraved with the inscription 'Saratoff, le 12/25/XII 1912'. The enamel minimally chipped. 11.3 cm long, 193 g.
