A VERY FINE PORTRAIT MINIATURE OF TSAR PETER III OF RUSSIA Russian, Solvychegodsk, 17th century / mid 18th century Finely enamelled on copper, metal-mount set with pastes. On the reverse a medal from the time of Peter the Great engraved double-headed eagle and Cyrillic inscription within an enamelled border with stylised flowers. 8.8 cm long.
