A SILVER AND NIELLO SNUFFBOX Russian, Moscow, 1828 Rounded rectangular, one side depicting the monument to Prince Dmitry Pozharsky and Kuz'ma Minin, the other with trophies of war. Marked with assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark 'OB' in Cyrillic. Minimally worn. 7.4 cm long, 96 gr.
