The background and border gilded and incised to resemble a chased gilded silver oklad. Cyrillic signatures 'Yaroslav Metschan' and 'Ivan Ivanov Saposhnik' at the bottom edge. Full-length depiction of Saint Nicholas of Myra (Nicholas Alexandrovich Romanov) flanked by Maria Magdalena (Maria Feodorovna), Xenia (Xenia Alexandrovna Romanova), Alexei (Alexei Alexandrovich Romanov), Michael (Mikhail Alexandrovich Romanov), George (Georgy Alexandrovich Romanov), and Alexander Nevsky (Alexander Alexandrovich Romanov).
