AN ICON OF THE SYNAXIS OF THE MIRACLEWORKING SAINTS OF THE PECHERSKY MONASTERY IN KIEV Russian, 2nd half 19th century Tempera on wood panel with double kovcheg. The icon showing on the left and on the right side the Kievan Miracleworkers. In the upper part two angels holding the icon of the Dormition of the Mother of God, in the centre the famous church of the Dormition. Minimally restored. 32 x 26.3 cm.
