VIOLIN LABELED 'ANSALDO POGGI' Presumably Hungarian or German, early 20th century. Two-piece spruce top and maple back, light brown varnish. 4/4 violin, length 59.5, body length 36 cm. Violin label: "Ansaldo Poggi da Villa Fontana fecit in Bologna anno 1937." Part. bumped and rubbed.
