VIOLIN BOW MARKED 'LOWENDALLS'* German, early 20th century. Round, gradually transitioning to octagonal shaft, Parisian eye, silver mountings, winding, thumb leather, ivory frog. Length 74.4 cm, weight approx. 62 g. Violin bow faintly marked 'Lowendalls' (Louis Löwendahl). Partially bumped and rubbed. Provenance: Private collection, Rhineland.
