GROUP OF THREE BAROQUE BOWS 'DÜRRSCHMIDT' AND 'PENZEL' German, Markneukirchen, 20th century. Two round and one octagonal stick, swan heads. Lengths 72 / 70 / 62 cm, weights approx. 50 / 52 / 44 g. Two bows marked "Otto Dürrschmidt", one stamped with an emblem in the frog, and one marked "K. Gerhard Penzel". Baroque violin bows and one short Baroque bow (possibly an early Baroque model or for treble viol). Partially bumped and rubbed. Provenance: Private collection, North Rhine-Westphalia.
