LARGE LUTE Presumably German, 20th century Lute made of spruce and maple, conch-shaped body, hand-carved, finely openwork rosette, angled pegbox, 15 strings. L. 69 cm, W. 32.5 cm. Partially bumped, and rubbed, damg, cracks in the top; rest. Provenance: Private collection, Hesse.
