FINE BAROQUE WRITING DESK CABINET Central Germany, first half of the 18th century Walnut veneer on softwood. H. 222, W. 96, D. 64/33 cm. Tall rectangular body with two hinged doors, curved cornice, three-drawer base with curved front and slightly protruding top. Center section with hinged, sloped writing top. Partially restored and with age-appropriate signs of wear. Provenance: Private collection, Düsseldorf.
