BRIDAL CHEST WITH PAINTINGS Switzerland, 1837 Solid softwood, hinged. H. 57, W. 152, D. 59 cm. Marked 'Elisabeth Killig' and '1837' on the front. Rectangular body on pressed feet, the front divided by five round arches, each with filigree floral paintings. Bumped and damaged.
