DOCUMENT CASE Hungary, Budapest, early 20th century Bronze, partially gilded, metal, enamel, velvet, textile. 16 x 53 x 43 cm. Inscribed inside: 'Czettel es Deutsch Budapest'. Rectangular body on four leaf-decorated bronze feet with a lockable hinged lid and side handles. The lid features ornamented cartouches with an enameled monogram, flanked by coins bearing the profile portraits of Elizabeth II and Napoleon III. Signs of wear.
