VIENNA SCULPTOR Active in the 20th century SET OF FOUR FROG FIGURES 'GOLF' Viennese bronze, polychrome painted. Heights ranging from 6 to 11 cm. The reading frog is marked 'KK' (Imperial-Royal). Four humorously designed frog figures depicting sports and leisure activities. The group includes three frogs playing golf-two in the act of swinging and one with a golf bag-as well as a frog reading while seated beneath a streetlamp. Partially bumped and rubbed, loss of patina, rest. Provenance: Private collection, Rhineland.
