VARIOUS SCULPTORS Active 19th/20th century GROUP OF EIGHT FIGURES Bronze, with dark and light patina and polychrome finish. Heights ranging from 8 to 17 cm. Some pieces marked and signed. Group of eight small sculptures: Two frogs together under an open umbrella - Georg Omerth: two fighting frogs wearing boxing gloves, marked 'Omerth' on the plinth - Viennese sculptor: standing Rococo lady in elaborately detailed historicizing Rococo costume with jewelry; marked 'GESCHÜTZT' (protected design) and with manufacturer's mark on the base - Dachshund-head inkwell with collar, the head serving as a hinged lid, with porcelain insert inside - Viennese sculptor: Orientalist depiction of a dancer with a snake, set upon a sculpted, ornamentally patterned Oriental rug. Standing Narcissus of Pompeii (Dionysus) - Richard Rohac: African dancer in a dynamic, animated pose on a round base; marked 'MADE IN AUSTRIA' and with manufacturer's monogram 'RR' in a square on the underside - Erotic figure of a red-finished, horned devil in a crouching pose. Some areas rubbed and with minor knocks; loss of patina.
