LEONARD ZEIHER 1877 - ? (Active in Berlin) BOY WITH TWO HORSES Bronze, dark patina, on a naturalistic plinth. H. 46.5, w. 50, d. 24 cm, weight approx. 29.6 kg. Signed on the reverse of the plinth 'L. Zeiher' and inscribed 'Berlin', foundry mark 'Lauchhammer Bildguss'. Fully sculpted depiction of a peasant boy with two horses at the horse pond, both hands grasping the mane. Part. Loss of patina and rubbed, min. bumped.
