TWO UNDERGLAZE-BLUE AND COPPER-RED 'FIGURAL' SNUFF BOTTLES China, Qing Dynasty Porcelain. H. 6.6-7 cm. The snuff bottles are painted with a scholar in accompany with attendant as well as a Taoist priest. With traces of use, partially chipped, one bottle without stopper. Provenance: From an old private collection in North Rhine-Westphalia, acquired between 1970 and 1975 in China at state-owned antique and curio store in Tianjin or Guangzhou.
