SIX IRON MOKKOGATA-FORM TSUBA (SWORD GUARDS) Japan, 18th/19th century Iron. H. 7.3-8.8 cm. Two tsuba are decorated with dragons, one of which is signed; one tsuba is decorated with Daruma; and three tsuba are decorated with plants, fruits, and animals. With traces of age, slightly damaged. Provenance: From an old private collection in North Rhine-Westphalia.
