A BRONZE SEATED FIGURE OF AMITAYUS China, probably 19th century Bronze. H. 17 cm. Amitayus is seated in vajraparyankasana on a high rectangular platform, with both hands in dhyana mudra supporting a bumpa. Behind him rises a flaming nimbus. With traces of age, partially abraded.
