A SQUARE BRONZE 'CICADA' FLOWER ARRANGING VASE China, Ming Dynasty Bronze. H. 15.6 cm. The vase is decorated with a cicada motif. With a mark 'daming xuande nianzhi' on the bottom. With traces of age and use, partially abraded and slightly deformed. Provenance: From an old private collection in North Rhine-Westphalia.
