EINE FIGUR EINES BUDDHA AUS BRONZE

A BRONZE FIGURE OF BUDDHA Thailand, Lopburi, 13th/14th century Bronze. H. 16.4 cm (excluding base). The Buddha standing on a flat base, both hands extended forward in mudra, each palm bearing a dharmacakra. The antaravasaka is secured at the waist by a broad belt with rosette decoration; several necklaces adorn the neck. The uttarasangha is spread out in a cape-like manner.
