A CARVED RED LACQUER BOX AND COVER China, 19th century Lacquerware. W. 10.5 cm. The top of the cover is carved in relief with two boys sitting on a lotus stand with lotus flower in the hands. With traces of use, partially damaged. Provenance: From an Austrian private collection, acquired 1997 at auction house Dorotheum.
