A WOOD TONKOTSU WITH KISERUZUTSU Japan, 19th century Wood. H. 8 cm (Tonkotsu); L. 22 cm (Kiseruzutsu). The tonkotsu is decorated with dragons among the clouds and is signed on the bottom. The kiseruzutsu is of the senryuzutsu type. Connected to it is a lacquered wood ojime. With traces of use and age, slightly cracked and abraded. Provenance: From an old private collection in North Rhine-Westphalia, acquired in 2015 from the auction house Lempertz.
