AN IVORY NETSUKE OF A RECUMBENT STALLION Japan, 18th/19th century Ivory. L. 4.7 cm. The netsuke is carved as a stallion lying peacefully on the ground, its head turned back toward its body. With traces of age and use, partially cracked. CITES marketing certificate is available.Please note that due to the current CITES regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell objects, unrestricted trade is only permitted within the European Community.
