A FINE IVORY CARVED NETSUKE Japan, 19th century Ivory. H. 4.1 cm. The okimono-netsuke depicting an eagle standing on a rock with a small dog by its side. With traces of age and use, slightly cracked. CITES marketing certificate is available. Please note that due to the current CITES regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell objects, unrestricted trade is only permitted within the European Community. An export license is required for shipment to third countries. Please inform yourself about the current import regulations for ivory and tortoiseshell in your country.
