AN ALTAR INLAID WITH GOLD LACQUERED WOOD RELIEF PANELS China, 20th Century or later Wood. Ca. 43.5x19x32.5 cm. The altar is decorated with inlaid relief panels of flora and phoenixes. The interior, framed in red, is painted with phoenixes and floral in gold. With traces of use and cracks, partially damaged and abraded.
