CLOCK ENSEMBLE WITH CANDLESTICKS IN THE LOUIS XVI STYLE Circa 1880 Marble, bronze, gilt, enamel, glass, metal, steel. 43 x 26 x 12.5 cm (clock), 34 x 19 x 9.5 cm (candelabra). White bases decorated with bronze friezes on bronze feet. Clock mechanism supported by two putti. Behind a glazed door, a white enameled dial with Arabic numerals, ornamental hands, and vase finials. Two-light rose-shaped candlesticks supported by putti figures. Partially damaged, with some wear; gilding partially renewed; pendulum damaged; function untested.
