FIGURINE CLOCK 'SCIENCE' France, circa 1850 Metal, bronze, gilt, enamel, steel. 43 x 32 x 11 cm. Inscribed on the dial 'Gulimar à Dijon'; inscribed on the movement 'Farret'. Stepped, ornamented rectangular base with a pair of figures. White, enameled dial with Roman numerals and ornamental hands. Partially damaged; function untested; without key, with pendulum.
