Eduard Stellmacher for Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel (R.St.K); factory mark on the reverse, numbered '1608' and '12', and inscribed 'Stellmacher'; [second piece with] mark, numbered '1640' and '5'. Expressive bust of a young woman in historicizing attire, featuring an elaborately relief-molded lace hat, a large bow, and a ruffled neckline. Elegant bust of a woman with closed eyes; hair and décolletage framed by three-dimensionally modeled lilies of the valley, leaves, and tendrils. Part. rubbing and chipping in places.
