IGNAZ GÜNTHER 1725 Altmannstein - 1775 Munich (or circle) CHRIST AT THE COLUMN OF THE SCORCHING Bavaria, around 1750/60 Wood, sculpted, gilded, polychrome finish, flattened on the back. H. 45.6, W. 17, D. 16 cm, weight approx. 1.1 kg. Marked on the underside, probably Ignatz Güther or vicinity. Partially preserved, loss of material, damaged, rest., woodworm infestation on the reverse.
