AN ICON SHOWING ST. NIKITA WITH SCENES FROM HIS LIFE AND MARTYRDOM Russian, Old Believers' Workshop, 19th century Tempera on wood panel with kovcheg. The haloes made of silver, covered by a golden lacquer. Two selected saints on the borders: Guardian Angel and St. Alexander. Partially restored. 35.2 x 30.3 cm.
