A SIGNED AND VERY FINE ICON SHOWING THE FEODOROVSKAYA MOTHER OF GOD Russian, Moscow, Vasily Guryanov, circa 1900 Tempera on wood panel. The haloes made of gold. The drapery heightened with chrysography. Four selected saints on the borders: Guardian Angel, Sts. Alexander, Mary and Anna. Stamp of Vasily Guryanov on the reverse. Minor areas of retouching. 35.5 x 31.1 cm.

Comes with Certificate of Authenticity from well-known icon expert V. V. Baranov.
