AN ICON SHOWING STS. ZINAIDA AND VASILIY WITH SILVER-GILT OKLAD WITHIN KYOT Russian, late 19th century (icon), Russian, St. Petersburg, 1892 (oklad) Oil on wood panel with velvet backing. The silver-gilt oklad finely chased and repoussé with geometric patterns. Marked with city hallmark, assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark 'I.G.' in Cyrillic. 43.5 x 27 cm (with glazed kyot).
