AN ICON SHOWING ST. SERGEY OF RADONEZH WITH SILVER AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL OKLAD Russian, 19th century (icon), Russian, Moscow, 1908-1917 (oklad) Tempera on wood panel with velvet backing. The silver oklad engraved with foliage. The halo enamelled with colourful foliage, the nameplate in champlevé enamel. Marked with assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark 'NG' in Cyrillic. Enamel chipped, restored. 26.4 x 22 cm.
