A LARGE VITA ICON OF ST. NICHOLAS OF MYRA Russian, Nevyansk, early 19th century Tempera on wood paenl. Finely executed in great detail and bright colours on a gold ground. Six selected saints on the borders, Sts. Cosmas and Damian among them. Wearings, burn marks. 39.2 x 32.2 cm.
