A LARGE AND FINE ICON SHOWING THE NEW TESTAMENT TRINITY Russian, Palekh, Old Believers' workshop, late 18th century Tempera on wood panel. Painted with bright colours on gold ground. The haloes made of gold. The tips of the folds highlighted with beige brushstrokes and decorated with chrysography. Vertical crack minimally restored. 44.3 x 34.4 cm.
