A FINE AND RARE VITA ICON OF SAINT THEODORE OF SYKEON Russian, circa 1875 Tempera on wood panel with double kovcheg. Finely executed in great detail against a golden background. Four selected saints on the borders, Sts. Alexandra and Pelagia among them. Minor areas of retouching. 35.3 x 30.3 cm.
