A FINE CARVED CRUCIFIX WITH DATED MOUNT Mount Athos, 18th century (crucifix), dated 1806 (mount) The front of the cross carved with the crucified Christ and with the four Evangelists to the terminals; the reverse with the Baptism of Christ to the centre and four further saints to the terminals. The cross contained within a metal case. On the foot dated '1804' in filigree. Minimally damaged. 16.5 cm high.
