VIOLIN PROBABLY CASPAR HOPF Probably Klingenthal, 19th century. Two-piece spruce top and one-piece lightly flamed maple back, brown varnish. 4/4 violin, l. 59 cm, body length 35.4 cm. Without violin label. With original Jäger case. Bumped and rubbed, without strings, bridge, tailpiece, min. cracks to the lower top.
