VIOLIN AFTER JAKOB STAINER AND THREE VIOLIN BOWS Saxony/Bohemia, early 20th century. Two-piece spruce top and maple back, dark red varnish, with case. 4/4 violin, l. 59, body length 35.9 cm. Inside marked 'Stainer'. Set of three violin bows, two 4/4 bows and one 3/4 bow, each with round stick, single eye, violin bow unmarked, chipped and damaged, violin in need of restoration, some chipped and damaged, cracked varnish.
